Pumpkin Carving

One thing that has been absolutely crazy since moving to Arkansas is believing that it really is as late in the year as it is. In Iowa, all the leaves on the trees would be colored and even completely gone. They are all green here. Temperatures in Iowa would be in the 50s and 60s. It's still in the 80s here. It's so hard to believe that the end of October is really almost here!

Regardless of our seasonal confusion, we are trying to keep up with our "Fall" activities anyway. Today we carved our pumpkin! We carved one with Eslie last year, but being that she wasn't quite one yet, she didn't show a whole lot of interest, and she's never really been one to want to get messy. This year was a different story...

Nothing too crazy. She's just slightly obsessed with Mickey Mouse Clubhouse right now :)
